This is the 14th edition of this famous publication, published in 1967. This copy has its dust jacket and the hardback is turquoise cloth board with guilt writing. 344 pages with black and white photos throughout.
Known from its first edition in 1955 until 1999 as The Guinness Book of Records. This reference book was published annually listing world records of human achievements and extremes of the natural world. Sir Hugh Beaver created the concept and twin brothers Norris & Ross McWhirter Co-founded the book.
Having made the above statement, 3 editions were published in 1955 & 1956 and it not published in 1959.
